We lean into thinking and feeling what it must be like to be that person. This opens our channels of compassion and empathy for greater connection and trust.<\/p>\n<p>We move away from judgement and criticism and expand into greater possibilities, We begin to focus differently which changes our brain in that moment.<\/p>\n<p>In that moment, we exercise leadership alignment both from within ourselves and then with that other person.<\/p>\n<p><em>The conversation becomes deeply moving and meaningful for both parties.
