Can you relate?<\/p>\n

Having a business plan, goal or strategy gives me the confidence to execute and achieve success with greater certainty.<\/p>\n

I find during these times that I’m more uncertain about the future and what to do next.<\/p>\n

I wish there were a way to feel more certain, feel confident and take inspired action now.<\/p>\n

The below is taken from our Courageous Leadership Coaching and Consulting platform.<\/p>\n

In these times of uncertainty, one could say that insight is the new intel that has greater power to provide certainty.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Gaining insight for example, can provide instant resolution to a challenge, activate a new business idea, and powerfully heal a relational issue, internal or external.<\/p>\n

So what is insight?
\nAccording to Johnathan Dalton, CEO of Thrive, and my own definition, insight is:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Going from a state of having no idea what a problem’s solution is to a state of knowing exactly what the answer is with high certainty.<\/p>\n

\u2022 An unrecognized fundamental human truth.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A new way of viewing the world that causes us to reexamine existing conventions and challenge the status quo.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A penetrating observation about human behavior that results in seeing our clients, consumers, team and family members from a fresh perspective.<\/p>\n
